This series of silhouettes on vintage bed linens explores imagery from Hollywood magazines of the 50’s and from album covers. The album art is fun to work with because I get to take the images that these musical artists considered iconic representations of themselves and isolate them, showcase them. People were so playful on the covers of albums, or intense, or smoldering. Whatever they wanted to convey was inevitably amplified and the results were fabulous.
